Once your linked to your project you can upload files (word documents, Photos, Zip/Rar/Rar Archives, PSD, and anything else), and set up "Tasks".
a) To upload a file, go to the http://jipenetwork.com/project page and select "New File" or Files ( clicking files will show you whats there first, and if it isn't present you can click "New FIle") . Please also add a description as to what the file is.
You can also click Add Task to attach the file to a task... PLEASE NOTE: the task must be created BEFORE the new file, or you can go back and edit the file under "Files" and add the task then.
b) Each item that you'd like me to do should get its own Task. So add watermark, change background, and something else would each get its own task. If they are all related to one page then it can stay in one task.
Simply click "Tasks" and make sure the task doesn't already exist. If not, click "New Task". Then enter a Title and enter details in the Text box below. You can also select a priority, but only do this for time sensitive items.
Please note you will get emails any time there is an update on the task.
Also, you can leave comments inside the tasks, and it can be used as a way to communicate about a specific area of site(task you need done). This helps keep everything organized to the specific areas of your site. It avoids searching through emails for each item.
